
Situated in the heart of the city’s market, the house was built in the XIIIth century close to old trading centre.
Enriched with Renaissance parts around 1523, reshaped with XVIIth century, belongs with XIXth century to the famous widow Mrs Clicquot-Ponsardin. But it is above all Hugues Kraft (1853-1935), Reims’ real patron who tanks to this own collection gives his print to the building.
