The Bristol Café launches « the gourmet evenings », especially by receiving the Joseph Drouhin house, a wine producer in Bourgogne, who honours us by giving us the opportunity to taste its most famous wines (clos de Mouche etc..).
This house is widely known (Hachette guide, international guides, Table Etoilée, Parcker guide...).
These evenings will take place on a one-of-a-kind basis and will promote the know-how of french producers.
It’s an innovative way to discover our culinary heritage.
